64 unit, mixed use strata development at 490 Lorne St., Kamloops. This development is the first phase of a complete redevelopment of the CN Rail lands fronting Riverside Park adjacent to the Riverside Coliseum. Phase 1 completed March 1, 1999.

127 unit apartment co-op under construction for the Nor-Kam Seniors Housing Co-operative on Cottonwood Avenue in North Kamloops. Construction commenced March 1, 1995 with a 2- phase program completed May 1, 1996. The involvement of Culos Group was on a Design-Build basis for the Nor-Kam Seniors Housing Co-op.

20 unit apartment condominium at the intersection of Lanfranco Road and Gordon Drive in the Mission area of Kelowna. This project is a market condominium being developed on a "turn-key" basis by Culos Group and privately funded by Bank of Nova Scotia. Completed February 1995.
